Let's restart my story.

Hello March!
Yes i'm back!!!

Hello dearies! First of all, let me spill out all my apologies for the long hiatus:
"sorry for the late posts" "sorry I have not been updating" "sorry I have been procrastinating".

Truth is the hiatus was due to my work commitments and most importantly, I lost my direction to write for this space. I lost that enjoyable writing experience, the de-stress session. My blog became more of an obligation rather than what I started out to do. I guess that's the sad part about a lot of blogs these days right?

I did a lot of thinking recently, as well as planning too. There's so many roles I am taking on now. Am I really happy? Can I do it? I'm afraid I can't really answer that confidently as of this moment. But the thing is, I know if I do not try out these roles, I will regret it. Therefore, while maintaining a demanding and challenging day job and other commitments, I've decided to restart this space during one of the busiest period of my life. Ironic but I find it therapeutic as I am typing away. I think i'm mad. But i'm so happy I actually found the direction and motivation to write in this space again!

I don't even have sufficient sleep everyday. My day job is pretty taxing these days after I made the career shift. Things move faster than you can expect it, there are definitely tons of things to learn. But sometimes you question, am I not fast enough for the job? Do you get the same feeling as I do?
But all in all, just wanted to bring my point that my day job and my online persona is de-linked. I think that's what is keeping me sane.

On days where I get to dress up as my online persona, be it for my FB page, YouTube channel or Instagram, I feel empowered. Empowerment in the sense that people actually like and find the things I share on my social media channels useful, especially travel tips on my blog (which I always spend the longest time to do up one post). Thank you, the one reading this post now for all the support so far. Whenever I read comments saying that they appreciate what I wrote and how they found the information useful, that's the satisfaction I was looking for. Thank you for the support so far! Without all of you, I wouldn't be restarting this site, restarting my story. Regaining some sanity and balance in my life through my online persona :)

I will be blogging more often despite the busy busy schedule. Need to keep my life in balance and in check. Please feel free to drop me comments on any blog ideas you might have for me or any of my social media channels. I would love to hear from you!

Have a great week ahead!
